You may wonder if we can help you on a project that is beyond our simplified summary of our services of Planning, Permits, and Grants.  We routinely help our clients with other types of projects.  Should you bring a project to us that we cannot efficiently and effectively help you with, we will work to find someone better qualified to assist you. Here are some examples of our “other” projects.

Public Involvement

We have had great success overcoming the inherent distrust in positional diversity. How? We focus on commonality in order to build trust.  While this sound simple and perhaps easy to attain, years of public involvement work have shown us all that finding common ground and earning trust can be quite difficult.  Eldred & Associates will bring our skills,  experience, and past success to your project to find the commonality and build trust as we have demonstrated on our other projects.

We can help you with a more formal public meeting where details of a specific projects are presented. We can help you create a relaxed, open-discussion platform from which you can effectively relay key information to those who have an interest in the project, and help interested parties have meaningful contributions to your project.

Mitigation Banking

Mitigation banking is a kind of mitigation done in advance of the impacts, usually for wetlands and streams.  There are different kinds of advanced mitigation, including advanced mitigation, mitigation banks, ESA banks, onsite-mitigation, off-site mitigation, in-lieu fee mitigation, and consolidated mitigation. We can help you create mitigation credits (entitlement including HEA analysis resulting in DSAYs), permit a mitigation bank, and use mitigation credits. We can also help you decide which kind of mitigation banking works best for you.

Our Friends & Colleagues

Your project will most likely require services that our firm does not provide. We are happy to work with the consultants of your choice. Or, you can have us select from our pool of efficient, effective sub-consultants.

We will manage the other contracts for you, giving you a single point of contact and less on your plate.

Another key alliance we share is with Native PTAC.  Kylene Peters and her incredible staff help our firm compete for federal contracts with government agencies and prime contractors. If you are a fellow Native American business owner, Native PTAC will be a valuable resource for you!
