Washington State Parks is implementing a program of Public-Private Partnerships on properties that have been deemed underutilized or surplus.  Hundreds of parcels have been vetted, screened and ranked.  Eleven parcels located in nine counties across the state ranging in size from about 25 acres to over 200 acres will be released in the first round in early 2016. Potential partners would enter into long-term leases and revenue sharing agreements with State Parks to develop recreation based facilities.  Eldred & Associates has been supporting development of this program for several years and can provide interested and qualified potential developers direct entry into this nascent program via a Task Order.
